Welcome to KREZA at kreza.in. We provide educational trading notes and, where listed, video lessons for online viewing. These Terms apply to your use of the website and purchases. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy before ordering.
1. What you are purchasing
Each product page describes the particular note or video and its price. A note purchase grants access to that note through your KREZA account and its online page viewer. It does not include a downloadable PDF, printed book, home delivery, or ownership of the underlying content. We normally show the first two pages of a note as a free preview. A paid video, if offered, becomes viewable online after purchase.
2. Accounts and access
You must use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Purchases are attached to the account used at checkout. Once payment is confirmed and the order is marked paid, sign in to the same account and return to the purchased product page to read or watch. If access does not appear, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. A parent or guardian should supervise any purchase by a person under 18.
3. Lifetime access
Where a product is described as having “lifetime access”, it means ongoing access to that purchased product through your KREZA account while KREZA operates the service and makes the content available. It is a one-time product purchase, not a subscription or a promise that the website, format, or every third-party technology will operate forever. We may make reasonable corrections, security changes and updates. If we permanently cannot provide a purchased product or a suitable replacement, we will consider an appropriate remedy under our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Personal-use licence
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may read or watch for your own learning. You must not share your account, resell the content, copy or extract its text or pages, record videos, upload screenshots, or distribute any substantial part without our written permission. You may share the public product-page link so another person can view the free preview and decide whether to buy their own access. We may restrict misuse after reviewing it fairly, without limiting a customer’s rights for a valid purchase.
5. Educational information and risk
Our notes and videos are for general education. They are not personalised investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of profit. Trading and investing can result in losses. Verify information independently and, where appropriate, speak with a qualified professional before acting. The content may use examples or historical information that do not predict future results.
6. Prices, payment and refunds
The total payable amount is shown at checkout in Indian rupees, including any applicable taxes or charges displayed there. Payment methods depend on the checkout options currently available. Access is not granted merely because a payment attempt was started; the order must be confirmed as paid. Because content is supplied digitally and can be accessed immediately, a change of mind after access is enabled normally does not qualify for a refund. 7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, outages, hosting issues or payment-provider issues can interrupt access temporarily. Contact us if a purchased item cannot be accessed. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date on this page. Any change does not remove rights already available to you under applicable law.
8. Complaints
For an order, access, privacy or other complaint, contact the details below. Include your account email and order number if relevant, but never send your password or full card details. Indian law applies to the extent relevant. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Never share your password, OTP or full card details. This does not limit any remedy available under applicable law.
